Timo Lindström, Chief Executive Officer
Timo is the co-founder and CEO of Confidex Ltd. He has more than 20 years executive experience in wireless technologies and system integration companies in Finland and in Germany. He has been working in the RFID industry since 1997. Prior to founding Confidex Ltd. he headed UPM Rafsec from start-up venture until it became the world’s number one RFID inlay vendor. He lives in Tampere, Finland.

Urs Andrin Lampe, Chief Commercial Officer
Urs has responsibilities over the worldwide Sales and Marketing as well as the Product and Services Development of the Confidex Group. In his role he leads the company’s sales and new business development activities, offering, product management & development and marketing communications.
Urs has 10 years executive experience in the contactless/NFC industry and almost 15 years in Systems Engineering in large multinational companies. Before he joined Confidex in February 2011 he had responsibilities for Marketing, Business Development and in Key Account Management with LEGIC Identsystems Ltd (member of KABA Group Ltd). Previously, Urs held leading roles in Management, System Integration and Project Engineering and Development with ABB and Airbus. He received a MSc. in Electrical Engineering of the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology (ETH Zürich) and an MBA of INSEAD, France. Urs lives in Zürich Switzerland and enjoys outdoor activities, music and golf.

Robert Mullins, Chief Financial Officer
Robert joined Confidex in May 2010. As Chief Financial Officer Robert has full responsibility of Confidex's international finance functions and related activities. In addition to overseeing internal operations and procedures, his role includes managing relationships with existing and future investors and financial institutions. He also has an active role in strategic planning and business analysis. Robert was previously a Partner with Logispring, a transatlantic venture capital focused on industrial innovation. During his tenure at Logispring, Robert was on the board as non-executive director of five portfolio companies, including Confidex. Prior to Logispring, he founded Enersid Association and was part of Schroder Salomon Smith Barney's investment banking division in London, UK and Madrid, Spain. Robert holds a MSc. with distinction in Operational Research from the London School of Economics and graduated cum laude from Dartmouth College in Hanover, NH with a B.A. in Engineering Sciences and a minor in Mathematics. Robert enjoys mountaineering and adventure travel. He lives with his family in Geneva, Switzerland.

Matti Ritamäki, Chief Technology Officer
Matti is the Chief Technology Officer and one of the co-founders of Confidex Ltd. He received his M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from the Tampere University of Technology in 2003. Prior to Confidex, he has worked in UPM Raflatac and Tampere University of Technology. Matti has almost 10 years of experience in RFID Research and Development. He has also written several scientific publications and filed several patents. Outside of work, Matti enjoys scouting, jogging and orienteering, as well as forging knives and renovating old cars. He lives in Nokia, Finland.

Jarkko Miettinen, Vice President of New Business Development
Jarkko is one of the co-founders of Confidex. He has a decade of experience in RFID and currently focuses on new business opportunities and technologies. Previously, Jarkko worked at UPM Rafsec as product development manager and as development engineer at LM Ericsson. He holds B. Sc in information technologies. Jarkko is actively participating in the international RFID industry groups and forums as representative of the company. Currently he also acts as the Chairman of RFID Lab Finland, an association with over 30 member companies and organizations. He lives in Ylöjärvi, Finland.

Bernard Lim, General Manager of Confidex China, Vice President of Operations
Bernard is the General Manager for Confidex China. He joined Confidex in October 2009. He began his professional career in 1987 with Philips Consumer Electronics in Singapore. He has worked and progressed through various functions in engineering, production, product development and project management. He has accumulated more than 15 years of working experiences in operations management, with the last 5 years in senior management role for multi-national companies in China. Bernard is a Singaporean who has lived in China since 2002. He is married with two children.

Alexander Nicolas Dannias, General Manager Latin America
Alexander is in charge of business development, management and operations in the Latin American Region. He has more than 20 years of experience working in Marketing, Sales, Operations, and as the top executive in the local subsidiaries of multinational companies such as Thomas De La Rue, American Bank Note (now Valid), Gemplus Bank Note (now Gemalto) and SmartTrust (now G&D). Prior to Confidex, he was managing director of the BSmart group where he drove several start-ups in the region to leadership positions. Earlier in his career, he led the unit that manufactured the first Smart Card made in Brazil. He is also co-founder and Projects director of ABRID, an association of Brazilian Digital Identification Technology Companies. Mr. Dannias has multi-cultural experience in doing business or managing operations in more than 30 countries. He holds a Bachelor of Marketing degree and is a postgraduate from ESPM in Business Administration. He lives with his wife, and four children in São Paulo, Brazil.
